I've spent the past eight years studying and investing across equities and early-stage businesses, drawn to assets underpinned by real demand rather than sentiment. That thinking now shapes how I approach property.
In the last 18 months my focus has narrowed to social infrastructure, cold storage, and industrial & logistics assets: sectors with genuine demand drivers, government-backed income streams, and chronically undersupplied pipelines. I'm currently working across a NSW-based childcare and SDA development portfolio with Assets Under Management of $90M+.
